There is a brand new and improved version of the Sharpdesk 3.3, and we want to share with you some of the features that this newest version has! The Sharpdesk 3.3 has been updated with all-new features, such as: 1) New High Resolution Display - With 1,000 lines on screen at once instead of the previous 400 lines the Sharpdesk 3. 3 now boasts a 2,000 lines at once. This provides you with a more detailed view of your files, and allows for sharper detail in images. 2) The ability to print directly to the printer - No longer will you need to send any information to your printer. With the new Sharpdesk 3.3, when you print something, it the exact same image the user has printed out! 3) Memory Module Capacity - With an upgrade in memory capacity of up to 512MB (the max), users can now store large files in text format (like Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat) without them taking up too much room on hard drives. 4) Upgraded Scanner - The Sharpdesk 3. 3 has a new scanner that can scan up to 500 300dpi, which is 400 more 300dpi than the previous model. 5) New Printer - Users can now print directly to a printer without sending it to a separate output device. The Sharpdesk 3.3 allows users to print directly from their scanners and printers! 6) Improved PC Card Support - The Sharpdesk 3.3 now supports PC Cards, allowing you to take the contents of your Sharpdesk 3.3 with you! No longer will you need to deal with low-resolution printing if your computer doesn't have a high-resolution printer. Now, you can print from your computer while still taking your files with you. 7) Front Panel Controls - The Sharpdesk 3.3 have have have a built in monitor to show users the action buttons, where before users would have to go to another system or put up a monitor. 8) New More Functional System Tray - The system tray has been upgraded making it easier for you to access applications without being buried in menus. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Sharpdesk is a software application developed by Sharp Corporation in 1987 that was originally created to run on MS-DOS. In 1999 it was converted into a Windows application. It is also available for the Sharp Zaurus line of PDAs, and an LCD version is available for the LC-X2. With the exception of the LC-X2, this original package has been discontinued in favor of a VGA version called Sharpdesk 3.3 which still runs under Windows XP and Vista.
